Returns Policy

At malebox our aim is to exceed your expectations each and every time! We will do everything in our power to satisfy all your order requirements. However, despite a high level of quality assurance prior to distribution, we understand mistakes may occur. We do not offer a refund if you change your mind. However, if your ordered item(s) arrive faulty or damaged, we will exchange the product free of charge provided you advise us within 7 days of receipt of your item(s). If you have received a product that was the wrong size, colour or is an unwanted gift, we will happily exchange the item for one of the same value. This exchange policy is applicable provided that:

• The merchandise has remained unopened / remains in the original packaging
  
• The merchandise and its packaging has not been altered, damaged or worn
  
• A copy of the original invoice is provided
  
• Products were not discounted
  

A $10 processing fee will apply for all exchanged items and the refund/credit value excludes shipping and handling charges.

To help us process your request faster, if you have an item to return:

1. Get in touch with our service team via email, fax or phone within 7 days of delivery
   
2. Let us know your name, original order number and a description of the damaged item

Once we receive your returned item, we will process it and email you and credit you via the agreed method within 2 business days.

Shipping policy

At malebox, we like to keep things simple – when it comes to delivery. Regardless of the number of items you order or their destination (within Australia) we have a simple, flat postage charge – yep FREE!! We use the “professional” services of Australia Post to deliver our products to you. The charges below are all inclusive of packing, postage and handling. If you specifically require a speedy delivery we charge a flat express post fee or often deliver to your door in the Sydney CBD (for a little extra).

Delivery times vary according to destination as per below:

1. Within Australia Standard Delivery 2-3 business days
   
2. International deliveries from Australia 3-7 days generally eg to US or UK/Europe.
   
3. Express Delivery with Australia 1 to 2 business days (depending on time your order is placed)
   

Please note that the above times are indicative as delays may occur due to factors outside malebox's control. If we are made aware of any delays, we will endeavor to contact you immediately via phone and/or email to advise.
